The latest Graduate Outcomes results have been released*, and we’re delighted to see Regent’s outperforming sector benchmarks across a range of key measures.
These results demonstrate the success of our distinctive educational approach, our strong industry connections and our commitment to developing entrepreneurial, globally minded graduates who are equipped to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
88% of graduates achieve positive outcomes
Among the headline results, 88% of Regent’s graduates reported positive graduate outcomes, an impressive 11 percentage points above the sector benchmark and four points higher than our own target. This achievement reflects the transformative impact of a Regent’s education and the ambition, adaptability and success of our graduates.
Graduates are thriving in highly skilled careers
Career-focused learning continues to deliver exceptional results. Of these graduates, 90% are in highly skilled employment, placing Regent’s 14 percentage points above the sector benchmark. This result highlights the value of our career-focused learning experience and the effectiveness of the personalised support, professional development opportunities and industry engagement available to students throughout their time at Regent’s.
Entrepreneurship remains a defining strength
The data also reinforces Regent’s reputation as a university that nurtures entrepreneurial talent. An impressive 25% of those now working are also self-employed, 17 percentage points above the sector benchmark, reflecting the entrepreneurial mindset that sits at the heart of the Regent’s experience. From launching start-ups and creative ventures to building independent careers, our graduates continue to forge their own paths and create opportunities for themselves and others.

Together these results paint a compelling picture of graduate success at Regent’s. They demonstrate not only strong employment outcomes, but also the entrepreneurial spirit, leadership capability and sense of purpose that define our graduates.
