Congratulations to Shayan Mahmud, a graduate of Regent’s University London, who has been selected to represent Pakistan in the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders Class of 2026.
A cohort of next-generation leaders under 40 from across sectors and regions, the Young Global Leaders is comprised of public leaders, entrepreneurs, technologists and artists from over 50 countries. A global community focused on leadership development, collaboration and impact, it aims to bring a fresh perspective, adaptability and willingness to lead in uncertainty – addressing the gap between the pace and complexity of change and the systems designed to support leadership.
Shayan, who studied BA (Hons) International Business at Regent’s in 2015 and is now Managing Partner for Eikon7, said:
‘I’ve been fortunate to see the benefits of an international community through my time at Regent’s. Being part of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders will allow me to connect and collaborate with a worldwide network of next-generation leaders who can help me grow both personally and professionally.’
