If you’re still considering joining Regent’s in Autumn 2025, here are some important deadlines to keep in mind:
- Application deadline: 22 August 2025
- Last day to request CAS: 29 August 2025
- Last day to issue CAS (priority visa service is strongly recommended): 5 September 2025
- Welcome Week: 8 September 2025
- Teaching commences: 15 September 2025

- Proof of your academic qualifications or pending grades

How to apply for your visa – international students only
Before you make your visa application, you MUST have a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from us – an electronic document confirming you've met our requirements and hold sufficient funds. You'll receive a link to an external platform, Enroly, where you'll fill in a form with:
- Your name, birthday, contact details, passport number
- When you’re planning to travel to the UK – and from where?
- How you intend to fund your studies and living costs
- If you've previously been refused a visa – and if so, why?
Once you receive your CAS, you can apply for your visa from the UKVI – the earliest you can apply is six months before your course starts, and you MUST apply within six months of receiving your CAS. Discover more about the application process.
Request your CAS
A CAS is an electronic document that confirms you’ve met our requirements and have sufficient funds. The deadline to start your CAS process is 29th August 2025, but the sooner you apply, the sooner we can process your application – and the sooner you can use your CAS to apply for a student visa.

CAS processing time
It typically takes 2-5 working days to process a CAS request after confirming your details. Therefore, it’s crucial to request your CAS as soon as you’re eligible and before 29 August 2025.
We strongly recommend choosing the priority visa service, where you’ll typically receive a decision on your application after 5 working days. The cost is £500 in addition to your application fee.
