Reference letters aren't required – unless asked for beforehand by our Admissions team. Please upload your documents to the appropriate section of the application form.
3) Submit an application
On your course page, click 'apply now' and select your start date – you'll be taken to our online form, where you'll create an account and begin your application, adding:
- Your personal details and nationality
- Your contact details (email, address, telephone number)
- Your academic and English language qualifications
- Whether you'd like to apply for Regent's accommodation
If you've applied for a creative course, you might also be asked to submit a portfolio. See here for more information and guidance.
Shortly after submitting your application, you'll receive an acknowledgement email containing a link to your application portal, a username, and a password.
You can also apply via UCAS. Our code is R18.
4) Receive an offer
Offer letters are sent to you via email, so it’s important that you add your current email address to your application and check your inbox regularly for updates.
There are two types of offers you could receive:
- Unconditional – you can start your next steps towards enrolling
- Conditional – we need some more information before offering you a place
This information might include:
- Academic qualifications
- Language proficiency (if you’re a non-native English speaker)*
- Visa history documents
- Under 18’s form if applicable
You can upload these documents to your applicant portal or send them to us directly. Please make sure you share official, clear, colour documents.
*We offer a free online proficiency test for conditional offer holders who'd like to use it as proof of their English language level for admissions purposes.
Some courses also ask for an interview or audition at this stage. The Admissions team will let you know if this is the case and provide information on what to expect.
Once you’ve done so, you’ll receive an unconditional offer.
