5 things to do in your first week at Regent’s

We totally get it, first weeks are overwhelming anywhere. To take the pressure off and ensure you can just enjoy your first few days at Regent's, we've rounded up the top five things to tick off your list when you arrive.

1. Attend Welcome Week

Welcome Week provides you with all the information you need to kick-start your life at Regent’s. Did we also mention there will be lots of fun activities and free goodies?

2. Sign up for a sports or social club

University clubs are an integral part of life at Regent’s. They are a great way to meet new people who share the same interests and passions as you. They also prove to future employers that you spent time developing skills outside the classroom.

3. Walk around Regent’s Park

Regent’s campus is set in one of London’s most beautiful Royal Parks. Make sure to take a stroll through the park and explore the rose gardens! The Regent’s Bar & Kitchen, just opposite the University, is also a great spot for some drinks and nibbles.

4. Meet as many people as possible

Attend every event, try a new gym class and socialise all you can. You’ll need your friends to help you through your late-night library sessions!

5. Meet the Student Union

Get to know your new friends over a drink and some pizza.
