Who are Regent's associate alumni?
Regent’s associate alumni are those who have studied at Regent’s University London or affiliated institutions for 10 weeks or more, as part of a shorter programme that is not awarded by the university, including:
Students who have taken a language programme for 10 weeks or more at the Regent’s Institute of Language and Culture (RILC)
Incoming students on the Study Abroad or Exchange programmes
Those who started an awarded programme but chose to withdraw from their studies after 10 weeks or more

How do I get my alumni access card and how long will it take?
Alumni can apply for the alumni access card online by completing the form and uploading a photo of yourself. You can choose whether you’d like your access card to be sent to your house or you’d rather pick it up from campus. Your card will be ready within 6 – 8 weeks of registering*. However, if you need access to campus urgently, we can issue you with a letter of access whilst you are waiting for your card.
*Please note, during the global COVID-19 crisis, alumni access card production has been suspended. We will resume once campus is reopened.
How do I log in to Student Hub?
Alumni can log in to Student Hub with your student number and password. If you can’t remember your student number, click Reset Your Password to receive an email allowing you to update your details.
I requested a password reset for Student Hub, but I haven't received an email?
It’s likely we don’t have the correct email address for you on file. Please email [email protected] so we can update your details and send you a new login.
I'm an associate alumni. How can I access my benefits?
To register as an associate, email [email protected] with your programme and dates of study.
Can I still access campus as associate alumni?
Absolutely! We can issue you with a visiting letter that allows you access to campus – simply email [email protected] with details of your study here at Regent’s, and the dates you are looking to come back to campus.
How much discount to I receive for room hire and weddings at Regent's?
Both alumni and associate alumni receive a 20% discount on room hire and 10% discount on weddings packages at Regent’s University London. To find out more, contact our Events and Conferences team. Associates must provide evidence of study at Regent’s University London to be eligible for discount.
Can I still access the library?
Alumni can access the library with their alumni access cards. Alumni can borrow up to three items from the library and renew once.
Alumni associates can use the library for independent study with a visiting letter. Unfortunately, alumni associates cannot borrow items from the library.
How do I update my details?
You can update your details by visiting alumni.regents.ac.uk and creating an account. From here you can complete your profile with your up-to-date details. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and we can do it for you.
How do I opt out of communications?
You can opt out of communications any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails, logging onto alumni.regents.ac.uk and updating your preferences, or simply email us at [email protected] to let us know what preferences you'd like to change.
