Professional Biography

Francesca holds a BA in Fashion and Promotion and an MA in Fashion Design and Enterprise. She brings extensive experience in trend forecasting, brand strategy, and consumer insight, working across retail, technology, finance, automotive, food, textile, and fashion sectors, as well as multidisciplinary design studios.

She is a Senior Lecturer at Regent's University London and has previously taught at University for the Creative Arts, London College of Fashion, Istituto Marangoni, University of East London, University of West London, and London School of Business and Finance, as well as internationally in India.

Her teaching is rooted in creative thinking, art-based practices, and coaching-style methodologies. She fosters inclusive practice and has a strong interest in pastoral care, supporting students’ personal and professional development. Francesca encourages interdisciplinary exploration across fashion, art, and culture, viewing research as both a skill and a mindset that underpins meaningful creative work and drives ideas that create positive change.

She is particularly experienced in foundation-level teaching, supporting students as they build creative confidence, research skills, and individual voice as they transition into higher education. At postgraduate level, she encourages critical enquiry, interdisciplinary thinking, and the development of professionally engaged creative practice.
