About this event

Join us on campus for an inspiring talk where psychology meets business. Discover practical insights from experts on how to lead better, build a sustainable future and make a difference – gaining valuable tips and real-world advice rooted in evidence.

We're delighted to learn from the following expert speakers:

The art and psychology of effective leadership: a case study from history

Martin Sullivan: author, historian, lecturer and former executive finance professional, Martin will draw on insights from his book 'Napoleon's Undefeated Marshal: Louis Davout and the Art of Leadership' to teach us how to be better leaders.

Tackling climate change and other crises: learning from 40 years of failure

Dr Andy Brookes: Honorary Senior Fellow, Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln, and Sustainability Consultant. Andy will use his research, cross-sector leadership and consulting expertise to present a way out of the crises facing humanity.

This is an in person event only.

You can continue exploring these themes through our new BA (Hons) Business and Psychology course, designed to combine real-world business insight with a deep understanding of human behaviour.
