Student FAQs
What happens if I don’t like the company I interview with?
We do our best to match you with the company most suited to your skills and goals – so, nine times out of ten, the interview goes well. If it doesn’t seem like a good fit, let us know! The AIFS Abroad Program Advisor will work with you to see where the mark was missed, and advise you how to move forward.
What should I do if I have a problem once I’m on site?
All sites have an AIFS Abroad Location Coordinator. They are the your first point of contact for questions. You’ll receive your contact information on arrival.
What will my schedule be?

The internships are unpaid, but some companies may offer small compensations.
Are my travel expenses covered?
