Enrol online
To become an official Regent’s student, you must complete our online enrolment process and agree to our terms and conditions. Only then can you access:
- Your timetable
- Your classes and course materials
- Regent’s student intranet
- Regent’s mobile app
Click here to start – it'll only take ten minutes and instructions will be provided on screen. During the process, you’ll:
- Confirm your personal details – name, number, address
- Pay your tuition fees or set up a payment plan (if you haven’t done so already)
- Provide us with details of your emergency contact/s
You’ll need your login details to start – found in your welcome email from our Admissions team. Search your inbox for [email protected]. They include:

Your student number, beginning with an ‘S’ | The letters ‘Rul’ followed by your birth date (day/month/year) and an exclamation mark in this format: RulDDMMYYYY! |
This might be different if you’ve used our enrolment system before – or if you’ve already logged in and changed it. If you’ve forgotten it, you can reset it on screen.
Next steps
Once you’ve completed your enrolment and paid your tuition fees, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate your IT account – giving you access to your timetables, your course materials and more. You'll need to take these steps:
1) Set up your Regent's account
Visit https://register.regents.ac.uk and enter your email address and password (as noted on the 'enrol online' tab above) to verify your identity.
2) Download the Regent’s app
With this app, you'll be the first to know what's happening on campus. You can download on Apple Store and Google Play – just search ‘Regent’s University London’.
- Log into your Regent's email account
- View your daily timetable and receive live updates
- Get instant messages and notifications
- Find everything you need on campus with an interactive map
- Search our knowledge base for quick advice
- Take part in fun polls and surveys
- See events, news and social media posts from Regent's
3) Access the student intranet
You’ll find the latest campus events, news, research, updates and more, all in one place – plus a new welcome section, designed to help you settle into London life:

- Tips on how to prepare for the start of term so you're ready to succeed
- Information on what to expect from your course
- Instructions on how to see your timetable and access your classes
