Lillie Moller, a postgraduate student on the MA Media & Digital Communications, recently completed an internship with The Art Newspaper. She was selected for the exclusive opportunity late last year. Lillie, who is keen to work in the art sector in the future, felt the opportunity was a valuable next step in her career.
She said: 'I was fortunate to engage in a three-week project with The Art Newspaper, during which I liaised with major US art institutions to gather their 2023 attendance figures.
These statistics played a crucial role in The Art Newspaper’s collection of the top 200 most visited art museums worldwide for their 2023 Catalogue.
This effort provided me with valuable opportunities to establish connections within a prominent art publication and museums and helped to refine my proficiency in Excel and email correspondence.'
The Art Newspaper is a global publication renowned in the art world. Its news and events coverage is fed by a network of more than 50 correspondents working in more than 30 countries, with editorial offices in Paris, Istanbul, Moscow and Shanghai.
